Vigilance will investigate the multi-crore scam of Faridabad-Panchkula Municipal Corporation

Panchkula, (Rishika Rajput) - Haryana Government has decided to get the investigation of crores of scams in Panchkula Municipal Corporation and Faridabad Municipal Corporation done through Vigilance. Urban Local Bodies Minister Anil Vij said that the government believes that Vigilance will conduct a fair investigation in these cases. Crores were paid without work in many wards in Faridabad Municipal Corporation. 

After talking to most of the councilors, it was found that this work has not been done in their ward. According to this complaint, it was found that payment has been made for 388 works, the total amount of which is 23 crore 79 lakh 72 thousand 990 rupees. According to the complainant, the contractor and the concerned officers failed to show any of these 388 works.
