Bhoomi Poojan by Alphacorp

 

Gurugram- On Sunday 10th of October 2021, renowned real estate company, Alpha Corp has done Bhoomi Poojan at Spirewoods, sec 103 and  given it a new name Ananda. 

Originally, Spirewoods is a project of A. N. Buildwell. Due to the liquidation of the company 517 buyers of the project were forced to fight the cases in different courts. In Feb 2020, the Delhi High Court approved the revival plan filed by the ex promoters of the company after voting by all creditors of the Company. As per the revival scheme Alphacorp would be the new developer of the company. Mr. Ashish Sarin, CEO, Alphacorp and Mr. Santosh Aggarwal,  CFO, Alphacorp were there to represent the new developer. Major S. K. Hooda and Mr. Sunil Gandhi, ex promoters and propounders of the revival scheme were also present. 

Following Covid protocols, only few Home Buyers were present there while other watched it live.

Priti Nath, a buyer of the project told that Alpha has come as a savior for all of us and we expect early start of construction (within 3-4 months) after fulfilling all necessary compliance.

Other buyers who were present there said that they are happy and looking forward towards start of construction of their dream houses.
