नेताओं, अधिकारियों के घोटाले की भेंट चढ़ी बल्लबगढ़ की नवनिर्मित सड़क, वरुण ने CM को लिखा खत

फरीदाबाद: हरियाणा के सीएम मनोहर लाल ने हाल में एलान किया था कि फरीदाबाद में विकास कार्यों के लिए उन्होंने 12 हजार करोड़ रूपये दिए हैं लेकिन अभी कुछ देर पहले जिन क्षेत्रों में बारिश हुई है वहां की सड़कें देख लगता है कि सीएम ने 12 सौ करोड़ भी नहीं दिए हैं लेकिन झूंठ कम बोलते हैं इसलिए लगता है कि उन्होंने पैसे दिए हैं लेकिन फरीदाबाद के कई विभागों के अधिकारी इसमें से अधिकतर पैसे डकार गए हैं और अरावली पर सैकड़ों एकड़ का फ़ार्म हाउस  बनाने में जुटे हैं। ये भ्रष्ट अधिकारी फरीदाबाद को खोखला करते जा रहे हैं। फरीदाबाद का हाल दिन प्रतिदिन बेहाल होता जा रहा है। 

 अधिकारी ही नहीं कुछ नेताओं पर भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं। कहा जा रहा है कि नेताओं ने भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों से मिलकर सीएम के पैसे अपने खजाने में जमा कर लिए ताकि कई पुश्तों तक उनका परिवार मालदार बना रहे। फरीदाबाद के युवा समाजसेवी वरूण श्योकंद ने बल्लबगढ़ विधानसभा  क्षेत्र के भाजपा विधायक मूलचंद शर्मा पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है। सेक्टर 22 में एक नवनिर्मित सड़क टूटने लगी है। वरुण का आरोप है कि ये सड़क नेताओं और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों के घोटालों की भेंट चढ़ गई है। वरुण ने नगर निगम कमिश्नर, सीएम हरियाणा, स्टेट विजिलेंस के डायरेक्टर और फरीदाबाद के पुलिस कमिश्नर को ये पत्र लिखा है पढ़ें।

Sub:- Serious defects in the work of cement concrete road. – Request for ordering immediate vigilance inquiry and filing of FIR against erring officers of MCF.

I solicit kind indulgence of your good self to the subject matter.

It is shocking to note the matter of serious concern that concrete road constructed only last year on the land of Government press of India along Ganda nala sector - 22, opposite Shamshan ghat  under CM announcement recommend by Mool chand sharma without NOC from owner, MLA Faridabad, has the following defects:-

Whole the road got broken from several places along nala , due to corruptim and following reasons :- 

1.  CURING NOT DONE: The water curing of the concrete work, has not been done resulting into not proper setting of the concrete.

2. EXPANSION JOINTS as per specification have not been provided.

3. CRACKS: The road of only about four HUNDRED METER has developed CRACKS at many places.

4. THE POOR QUALITY OF STONE: Poor quality of stone and sand has been used.

5. LESSER QUALITY OF CEMENT: The cement has been used much less than prescribed.

6. EARTH FILLING OF BERMS: Leave alone pavement the road side berms have not been filled even by earth.

There may be other defects which can be identified by technical persons.

In view of above, it is explicitly evident that lot of bungling and misappropriation of Govt. money has been committed by contractor in connivance and conspiracy with the MCF Engineers and politicians.

Therefore, I request you to kindly issue orders to get the work under reference inspected and examined to initiate action against the culprits and get the defects inter alia those pointed out by me attended to at the earliest possible.
