Kunal Malik from Rohtak – Haryana (working in Navy), Raped Me & Ruined My Life, says Swati (Bidhan Barua) to Haryana Ab Tak

Faridabad Monday July 02, 2012. Kunal Malik, 21 years of age, residence of Rohtak (Haryana), posted from Kochin Dockyard to Mumbai naval based at a category of C-1 (sailor by rank).

Swati told that Kunal continuously used to follow me by somehow managed to guess my number. He was requesting me to do freindship with him. I did friendship with him (because there is nothing wrong in friendship).

On the next day he proposed me for a show in a theater (Man in black). I (Swati) said, “I can’t go, because I am not feeling well”. He (Kunal) forced me, “please you have to go eith me, I have already booked our tickets. Then I said ok, “Come to my place, I will get ready and can go together”, He agreed quickly and just after few minutes, He came to my place, when my door was unlocked. He came inside, and opened his pant and was forcing me to touch his genital, he then forcefully made a physical relation with me. After then, when I was sitting and crying in the room Kunal said “I am standing downstaired, ready with a get up and come quickly, so that none could doubt us what has happened and said that don’t try to show me any clever ness, otherwise you will have to suffer with your life. I (Swati) was forced to go with him then.

This was how the incidence took place. Now Kunal has given the statement that I was forced by Swati. I (Swati) replied that “How can I forced Kunal because neither he is a minor nor he is physically handicapped”. Me (Swati) also said that how can I forced Kunal because he is physically fit with a very good height and well maintained body for which he got the job to work in defense. If I forced him, couldn’t he give me slap or other thing that make out of his way. Why he has made physically relation with me thrice after then. Once in a hotel, once in a car and once taking me to a side of dark area where no one goes (name Girgaon Chaupati of Mumbai). The only word was uttering in his mouth was “I love you, I want to marry you, I am and would be able to handle my family besides our relation”.

The next thing which the police asked to me that “During the incident can’t you shout’?, “Why you did not do any protection” Were you not able to scream? etc. I replied if your two hands were tied up and your mouth too. How can you shout!.

The police said me that the incidence took place with mutual understanding.

I asked if the incidence was under mutual understanding, It is necessary there should be close relationship at first between the partner. unless there is any close relationship no mutual understanding of sexual activities is performed.

If it was by mutual understanding that clearly mean there was relationship between Swati and Kunal. If both of them were in relation then why Kunal is denying that he never had a relationship between swati and him. According to me (Swati) the reason behind Kunal denying -

1. Either Kunal was made to mind diward or brainwash by higher authorities of Navy or someone else. or either he was been made pressuring by his higher authority of navy to through him out of the job. When the police called both of us for mutual settlement I took my tow reason -

Either he should accept me as a life partner or take my full responsibility till death.

 

गुवाहाटी का रहने वाला 21 वर्षीय बरुआ जो खुद को महिला मानती हैं और  स्वाती कहलाना पसंद करती. स्वाती  ने अभी हाल में नौसेना के कमांडो कुणाल मलिक पर बलात्कार का आरोप लगाया था लेकिन स्वाती का कहना है कि कोलाबा पुलिस मामले को दबाने की कोशिश कर रही है और उन्हें न्याय मिलने की उम्मीद नहीं है क्यू की आरोपी नेवी से ताल्लुक रखता है पुलिस वाले उसी का पक्ष ले रहे हैं | स्वाती ने Haryana ab tak को काल करके बताया कि 21 मार्च को भागकर मुंबई पहुची थी और अपने  चचेरे भाई चिरंजीव बरुआ के साथ एक होटल में ठहरी थीं | उन्होंने बताया कि होटल में कुनाल का आना जाना लगा रहता था और कुणाल उनका कई दिनों से पीछा कर रहा था | स्वाती के अनुसार एक दिन किसी तरह कुणाल ने स्वाती का सेल नंबर ले लिया और उनके पास काल करने लगा और दोनों में दोस्ती हो गयी | स्वाती ने बताया कि कुछ दिन बाद कुणाल ने उनके सामने फिल्म देखने का प्रस्ताव रक्खा उस समय स्वाती ने कुनाल से कहा कि मैं कुछ देर में तैयार होकर तुम्हारे साथ चलती हूँ उन्होंने बताया कि चंद मिनट बाद कुनाल उनके कमरे में आ गया और उनके साथ छेड़ाखानी करने लगा और  उनसे शादी करने का वास्ता देकर उनके साथ कई बार बलात्कार  किया | स्वाती के अनुशार उन्हें कुछ दिन बाद कुणाल के एक दोस्त ने बताया कि कुनाल उनसे शादी नहीं करेगा उन्होंने जब कुनाल से पूंछा तो कुनाल का कहना था कि मेरी पहले से एक गर्ल फ्रेंड रोहतक में है इस कारण मैं तुमसे शादी कर सकने में असमर्थ हूँ | स्वाती ने खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस किया और पुलिस थाने पहुँच गयी. स्वाती के अनुशार पुलिस वालों ने उनसे कहा कि जब तुमने ये बात उस समय क्यू नहीं बताई जब उसने तुम्हारा रेप किया था स्वाती का कहना था कि उस समय कुनाल उनसे शादी करने को बोल रहा था इस कारण वे पुलिस तक नहीं पहुँच सकीं | स्वाती के अनुशार अब कुनाल उनके ऊपर उल्टा आरोप लगा रहा है कि स्वाती ने कुनाल के साथ गलत हरकत की जो सरासर झूंठ है | स्वाती ने बताया कि कुणाल की इस हरकत से उनकी जिन्दगी नरक बन गयी है उनकी रातों की नींद छिन गयी है और उन्हें तुरंत न्याय चाहिए नहीं तो शायद उन्हें हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ेगा |
